Online Learning

CERTonline Training

"We found the blended learning SSTC course an excellent option for us. In our operational roles taking people out for two days can be challenging whereas this option allows people to work at their own pace on-line then have a one day face to face session embedding their learnings."

Kate Findlay, Learning and Development Advisor,
Queenstown Lakes District Council

CERTonline offers the opportunity to learn the proven techniques that we teach in our industry-leading face-to-face courses – with you in control. While we believe face-to-face learning is the best way to gain and practice skills, CERTonline gives you the flexibility to gain knowledge and information in your own time at your own pace.

These courses can be entirely self-directed but our blended delivery option gives you the best of both worlds. Participants work their way through the online modules in their own time, then come together with colleagues for a one-day masterclass with one of CERT’s experienced instructors. In the face-to-face class, participants can engage with others to put the knowledge and skills learnt online into practice using scenarios relevant to their roles and industries.

We also offer fully online options. This is ideal for those who recognise the value of learning proven techniques and skills to keep themselves physically, emotionally and professionally safe, but who, for whatever reason, find it difficult to attend training in person. This cost-effective option is especially suited for those in remote regions.

You can choose to enroll in a full course or select modules that give you the specific knowledge you need for your particular role.

Knowledge is assessed throughout each module with online quizzes and exercises designed to test understanding of the principles and techniques taught.

Contact us to discuss which of these online training options is right for you and your organisation.
